  • Business Strategy and Go-To-Market Plan: This is designed for a Client who is bringing a new solution to market or is taking an existing product and entering a new market such as a geographic area, industry, or new target audience.

  • Business Strategy: This can be done as a stand-alone deliverable if the client team feels they do not need assistance with the Go-To-Market Plan.

  • Go-to-Market Plan:  This can be developed based on a Company-provided existing Business Strategy.

  • Ongoing Business Strategy Consulting:  This monthly, retainer-based engagement allows the Client to engage in scheduled conversations with the Business Strategist to address real-time developments or questions.  The Client can schedule up to six 45-minute consultations that do not include written summaries.

  • Investment Raise Support:  Can offer guidance and active participation in outreach to investors and negotiation of an investment round.

  • Advisory Board: Create an advisory Board for the Client that offers industry expertise and advocacy by curated Advisors.

OysterSand’s business partner, Legal-Ease, is in its 22nd year of providing cost-effective In-house Counsel service to early-stage technology companies.

 

Its principal has over 40 years of experience providing General Counsel services for leading technology companies, including Apollo, HP, Motorola, Banyan, and IBM.  In 2001, he launched the company to work exclusively with early-stage technology companies.  

 

Licensing Structure and Strategy:

 

Legal-Ease can review and advise on all current and future Client-generated contracts to ensure they are appropriately structured and reflect the company's business goals.  Additionally, Legal-Ease will check and negotiate any Client contacts from large companies to ensure that the Client’s interests are legally and financially protected.

Legal-Ease brings extensive experience in drafting sales and business contracts.  Legal-Ease can initiate and negotiate commercial agreements in support of a Client’s sales team. Further, Legal-Ease can develop a customized set of sales and business contractual documents that would support its indirect and direct strategy for that market based on the client's goals, budget, and business strategy.
